- What is a seat and how is it counted?
- One seat is one participant with an account. A seat is taken at registration and released when the participant is removed. Admin, teacher and jury accounts do not consume seats.
- Where is our data stored?
- Each organisation's data is isolated and enforced at the database level. Certificates and project files are held in encrypted object storage. Details are in the privacy policy.
- Do you provide a contract and invoices?
- Yes. We sign a written contract with institutions and issue an invoice for each period. We also provide the documents procurement and tender processes require.
